Teri - RS is one of my fav, I love the challenge, great job in completing it.  Today was a DOR - unles cleaning out one of my closet can be considered working out because it is a mess

This is the last week of Cathe July rotation and the workout are tough.

I hope everyone is having a great  weekend and here's to a even greater week.  I lost a bet and if someone guess what I had to do to pay up, I will send them 2 dvd free that I don't use any more.

Today it was kickbox cardio from 4day spilt, felt more confident with punches and jabs....

LadyJ, we just cleaned out our closet bcuz of remodeling,and for me too I cant believe the AMOUNT of junk that came out of there and its a small closet!!!!!!!! . my guess is you had to clean someones house.

Good evening ladies!  No workout yesterday or today!  Member's Night at the zoo tonight so I wrangled some of our youth volunteers in the heat but not as bad as it has been.

Teri, I don't know about new Firms but have membership on Firm believer site.  Will check it out and report back.

If it wasn't a tatoo, did you cut your hair LadyJ?
